Before sending anything.
- Export old estimates from the last 3 to 18 months.
- Remove opt-outs, closed disputes, complaints, and any do-not-contact records.
- Segment by service type, estimate age, estimated value, and last status.
- Send a small reviewed batch first, not the whole list.
