Old Estimate Recovery Sprint

Most local businesses already paid for leads that turned into estimates, quotes, inspections, or proposals. This sprint turns stale opportunities into a respectful recovery list, follow-up script, and owner-visible tracker.

Entry package

Recover warm leads before buying colder traffic.

The first version is intentionally small: export or paste old estimate records, segment the list, write safe follow-up, and track replies. No spam blasts. No fake urgency. No revenue promise.

$197 first paid scan

Best fit: home services, roofing, restoration, HVAC, med spas, dental offices, remodelers, and other businesses with old quotes or estimates.

1. Estimate list cleanup

Organize stale estimates by age, service type, value, last contact, and follow-up risk. The goal is to find reachable buyers, not blast everyone.

2. Respectful recovery scripts

Create short email and text follow-up drafts that reference the old request plainly, give the buyer an easy out, and avoid pressure tactics.

3. Reply tracking board

Leave a simple board for owner review: contacted, replied, not interested, booked, needs call, and do-not-contact.

Inputs needed
  • Old estimates or quote list from the last 3 to 18 months.
  • Service type, estimate amount, contact date, and current status when available.
  • Business rules for discounts, callbacks, scheduling, and opt-outs.

Use the tracker CSV template.

Safe boundary

No spam blasts. Use small batches, stop on opt-out, and keep customer data out of random AI tools. If the list has sensitive data, remove it before sending files for review.

Upgrade path

If the scan and early replies show real workflow gaps, George scopes the cleanup work from the evidence instead of pushing a fixed package before the list is reviewed.
